Mario Moceri
Founder, President and CEO

Raised in a family with four generations of food industry tradition, Mario has been involved in the business for over 30 years. His career began at the age of 16 in his family's food service business located in Detroit, Michigan. From the family business, Mario joined some of the largest, most respected food service companies in the industry including Sysco/Buckhead Beef, Inc., Prime Meats, and Athena Farms/My Produce Guy. In each of these organizations, Mario held executive leadership roles such as Director of Sales, Director of Business Development, President of Business Development and President of Product Development. In his various roles, Mario developed strong relationships with restaurateurs across the country. If you have eaten at a white tablecloth restaurant or hotel in the U.S., it was most likely one of Mario's clients.

Each of these leadership experiences brought Mario to where he is today.  As Founder, President and CEO, Mario led the creation of TransWorld Food Service from a vision and concept to implementation and execution. Mario brings with him his vast leadership experience and all that he has learned over the years, and he has put it into action.  He is passionate about the food service industry and is mindful of how many people it takes to make it all happen.  Mario is proud of the trust that his customers have placed in him and considers the relationship he has honed with his customers a true partnership. Mario considers it an honor to do business with his partners and is proud of bringing his vision for TransWorld Food Service to life.


Teri Blevins
Chief Operating Officer

Teri possesses over 20 years of executive level operations and business development experience. She has extensive experience in strategic planning, revenue growth and collaborating with partners to develop new and innovation programs. Teri's experience also includes successfully working with start-up organizations and joint ventures. Before joining TransWorld Food Service Teri worked in the healthcare industry and managed multiple locations across the country. As an executive with Gentiva Health Services, Teri had responsibility for revenues in excess of $2 billion and over 250 locations. Teri possesses strong analytical skills and is adept at ensuring quality control and standardized processes to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. As Chief Operation Officer, Teri will be responsible for the overall operations of TransWorld Food Service. In her previous roles, she served as Regional Vice President of Operations and Sales, Vice President of Operations and Strategic Partnerships and National Vice President of Clinical Operations. A registered nurse, Teri earned her MBA from Walden University in 2011.
